Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation:

You can cancel any orders until the same has been shipped.Unfortunately you cannot cancel the order once the order has been processed/shipped.Please write to support@captainsnote.com for cancellation requests quoting your order number also.

Refunds:

Once your order has been successfully cancelled, it will take 5-7 business days for us to process the store credit. Please send an e-mail to support@captainsnote.com.

Returns 
Our policy lasts 12 days. If 12 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Those items on SALE, or customised, or embroidered items.

Additional non-returnable items: 
-Winter clothing 
-Sweaters

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial credits are granted (if applicable) 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error from our end. 
Any item that is returned more than 12 days after delivery

Refunds -for retuned items (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, you will receive a Coupen Code, within 1-2 business days.

Late or missing store credits (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a store credit yet, please check your spam folder of your e-mail.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your store credit yet, please contact us at support@captainsnote.com.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged.Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@captainsnote.com and send your item to:CAPTAINSNOTE SERVICES,VIII/394-A, OPP OLD KSBC DEPOT, MOOKKANNOOR POST, ERNAKULAM Kerala IN 683577.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over US$ 30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
