Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 4-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Within India:

Shipping is free above INR.500/-

A flat rate standard shipping rate of INR.50/- applies if the cart value is less than INR.500/-

Outside India (Termed as International Shipping):

Shipping fee will be based as per the below values of the order;

-Free, for all orders greater than 60 US$.

-A flat shipping Fee of 13.99 US$, applies to all orders below the total cart value of 60 US$.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment method Estimated delivery time

Following services will be used for shipping your products, which is dependant on the serviceable pin codes provided by the carrier.Please find below the list of the carriers we currently use.

Within India;

1)Fedex-Air(Delivery time:3-4 days) / Surface(Delivery time:6-7days)

2)Delhivery-Air(Delivery time:3-4 days) / Surface(Delivery time:6-7days)

3)Speedpost-Surface(Delivery time:6-7days)

Outside India;

1)DHL Express-Delivery Time:4-7 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance and other local regulations.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, other charges etc.)

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.However if you would like to insure the items, same can be done at an additional cost.
